No question about it, Our Craft Butchers know how to do Smoked Bacon the right way.
We use only the leanest cuts, to ensure you enjoy a perfect bacon sandwich every time. Try our bacon once and you won’t want to go back!
To fry your Smoked Bacon place your rashes into non stick frying pan on a medium heat, cooking for 2 minutes on both sides or longer if you prefer your Smoked Bacon crispy.
To grill your Smoked Bacon place your rashers on a grill pan & heat your grill to the highest temperature, once the grill has reached the temperature place your Smoked Bacon under the grill & cook for 7 - 10 minutes turning half way through cooking time, longer if you prefer it really crispy.
