Our best hand-picked Fillet Steaks will give your Steak supper the amazing element you've been sitting tight for.

To cook your Fillet Steak we suggest you remove your Fillet Steaks from the fridge about half an hour before cooking to allow them to come to room temperature, when ready to cook season your Fillet Steak with salt & pepper & brush lightly with oil.

Add your Fillet Steak to a high heated non stick frying pan & cook on a medium heat for 4 - 5 minutes ( depending how well done you prefer your steak this is medium rare time), finish off your cooking with a knob of butter in the pan, allow your Fillet Steak to rest for 5 minutes, then serve with Chunky chips, Cherry vine tomatoes & a sauce of your choice
