One of the tastiest cuts and a most loved of steak darlings, our ribeye steaks are taken from the eye of the rib, which gives the rib eye a lot of fat marbling. This makes it awesome for cooking, includes flavour and stops the steak getting to be dry.

To cook your Ribeye Steak we suggest you remove your Ribeye Steaks from the fridge about half an hour before cooking to allow them to come to room temperature, when ready to cook season your Ribeye Steak with salt & pepper & brush lightly with oil.
Add your Ribeye Steak to a high heated non stick frying pan & cook on a medium heat for 4 - 5 minutes (depending how well done you prefer your steak this is medium rare time), finish off your cooking with a knob of butter in the pan, allow your Ribeye Steak to rest for 5 minutes, then serve with Chunky chips, Cherry vine tomatoes/ Portobello mushroom & a sauce of your choice
