Our T-bone Steak, including rich delicate fillet steak on one side of the bone and rich flavoursome sirloin steak on the other, is a genuine treat for all meat lovers as it gives you the best of two astounding steaks in one dinner. Delicious, delicate and succulent, our T-bone steaks are trimmed and arranged by our Craft Butchers.

They are best cooked rapidly by searing, barbecuing or grilling. A top-quality taste sensation you won't want to miss! Our meat is permitted to hang and develop normally for up to 21 days prior to being passed onto our specialist butchers who take incredible pride in precisely setting up the immeasurable scope of cuts that we give. Cut from the short loin with a distinctive T shaped bone and meat on both sides, a favourite of the 1960s and now making a return to popularity prepared from top quality beef.

To cook your T-Bone steak, remove from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking & allow to come to room temperature ,rub your T-Bone steak with oil & season with salt & pepper, in a cast iron pan or non stick frying pan heat on high, add oil & allow the pan to smoke, add your T-Bone steaks & cook for 4-5 minutes (depending on how well you like your steak done this is medium rare) finish off cooking with a knob of garlic butter, remove from pan & allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with grilled sweet potato fries, seasonal vegetables & a sauce of your choice.
