Traditional Scottish Breakfast Black Pudding.

Black pudding is a mix of onions, pork fat, oatmeal, flavouring and blood – Pigs Blood.

Blended by our Craft Butchers for a delicious tasting Black Pudding. Enjoy with a traditional Scottish Breakfast or simply on a roll.

To fry the black pudding heat a non stick frying pan on a medium heat & add the black pudding , turning half way trough cooking until darkened in colour. (4-5 minutes cooking time)

To grill place the black pudding on a grill pan, heat under a medium heat grill until darkened in colour turning half way through cook. (4-5 minutes cooking time)
