Our Steak Lorne sausage is hand-made by our specialist Craft Butchers then sliced into perfect size Scottish Square Sausages ready to cook!

Our hand-made Steak Lorne is great on a Bread Roll or even for a great addition to your evening meal.

Gently fry the Steak Lorne in a teaspoon of oil, for about 2-3 minutes on each side or grill on medium heat for 6-12 minutes.
