Our Lamb & Mint burgers are handmade, by our craft butchers.

Our Lamb is mixed with mint, shaped by hand, then hand-pressed to give you the perfect burger for a delicious meal.

Our hand made Lamb & Mint burgers are delicious served on a Toasted Burger bun, with lettuce, tomato a sauce of your choice & chunky chips.

To cook your Lamb & Mint burgers we suggest brushing them with a little oil, fry in a non-stick pan, on a medium heat, cooking time should be between 10-12 minutes turning occasionally until the lamb is lightly charred & cooked through, pierce when cooked to ensure the juices run clear.
