Our salt & pepper Chicken Fillets are ideal for making salt & pepper chicken for a quick mid week meal.
To make the salt & pepper chicken, begin by slicing 1 red & 1 green chili pepper, 1 large onion, 1 green pepper and 2 garlic cloves and leave to one side. Cut the chicken breasts into medium bite sized pieces and coat them in breadcrumbs. Using a non stick pan or wok, heat a little oil in the pan on a low to medium heat & add the chicken pieces, cook for 3-4 minutes, then add your sliced vegetables. Ensure the chicken is mixed with the vegetables by stirring gently for 2 minutes, add a pinch of salt & sugar & continue to cook for 5 minutes on a low heat. Serve immediately, delicious on its own or served with rice.
