Our fresh chicken fillets are ideal for making creamy garlic chicken
To make the creamy garlic chicken,add flour 1/4 cup (all purpose) to a shallow dish, season the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon of salt,1/2 teaspoon of pepper & 1/4 teaspoon of paprika,add the chicken to the flour(one at a time), turning to coat lightly in the flour. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan on a medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of butter,then add chicken to the pan, cook for 4-5 minutes each side until cooked & golden brown, remove from pan & set aside. Reduce the heat o the pan to low & add a drizzle of oil, then add 2 finely minced shallots, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic cook for 2-3 minutes, add 1 cup of chicken stock, stir in well with the ingredients in the pan, pour in 1 cup of double cream stir well to combine, cook for 2-4 minutes, stir in 1/4 teaspoon of pepper,1/4 teaspoon of dried Italian seasoning & 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese,add the chicken back to the pan, moving them around in the sauce, the sauce will thicken up & your dish is ready to serve
