Our gammon steaks are ideal for dinner, served with a fried egg or a slice of pineapple on top with chips.

To cook your gammon steaks we suggest frying in a little oil, on a medium heat, gentle season the gammon steak with salt & pepper, allow to cook for 3 minutes on both sides until you have a nice golden-brown crust, Serve Immediately.
