Our succulent Smoked Gammon joints are expertly prepared by our Craft Butchers, cut from the finest pork & then Smoked with our secret recipe.
Our smoked gammon joint is ideal for Sunday lunch or own its own on a sandwich.
To cook ,place your Smoked Gammon joint into a large pan, submerge your Smoked Gammon joint in water, coke, cider or even apple juice(which ever you prefer) & boil for 20 minutes per 1/2 kilo, plus an extra 20 minutes, remove from pan & place on to a non stick baking tray & glaze with your choice of glaze(honey, maple syrup)cook in the oven at 180c/ 160c fan /gas 4, for 30 minutes, remove when cooking is complete & allow to rest for 15 minutes.
Serve with creamy mashed, seasonal vegetables & creamy onion sauce.
If selecting multiple quantities the product will be sent as a whole joint unless specified.
