Get your own piece of heaven with our Dark Isle Rump Steak.
To cook your Dark Isle Rump Steak we suggest you remove your Rump Steaks from the fridge about half an hour before cooking to allow them to come to room temperature, when ready to cook season your Rump Steak with salt & pepper & brush lightly with oil.
Add your Dark Isle Rump Steak to a high heated non stick frying pan & cook on a medium heat for 4 - 5 minutes (depending how well done you prefer your steak this is medium rare time), finish off your cooking with a knob of butter in the pan, allow your Rump Steak to rest for 5 minutes, then serve with chunky chips, seasonal vegetables & a Diane sauce.
