Our Grade A Luxury Turkey Butterfly is boneless and is simply just
the tender breast meat strung together creating a Turkey Joint which is easy
to cook, stuff and carve.
Ideal for your festive main course or for Sunday Dinner
To cook, preheat your oven 200c / 180c fan /gas 6, check the weight of your joint & cook accordingly (20 minutes per 450g, plus an extra 20 minutes) when cooking is done juices should run clear when pierced with a skewer. Place your Luxury Turkey Butterfly on a separate dish & allow to rest for 10 minutes covered with aluminium foil.
Serve with roast potatoes/creamy mashed potatoes, pig in blankets, seasonal vegetables & cranberry sauce
