Our pork loin is expertly cut from the long back of the pig providing you with the leanest meat!
Ideal for a mid week dinner or Sunday lunch
To cook, rub salt into the pork skin & leave in the fridge for 2 hours before cooking, heat your oven to 230C/210C fan/gas 8,chop 1 carrot, chop 1 onion and 1 bramley apple quartered & place along the middle of a shallow roasting tray, sit the pork on the vegetables and rub the skin with the oil ,place the pork in the oven and leave for 15 mins then turn the heat down to 180C/160C fan/gas 4 and continue to roast for 1hr 30 mins. If after this time you don’t your crackling isn't done turn the heat up again & check every 5 mins until the skin has crackled. When cooking is complete allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with Creamy mash, seasonal vegetables & apple & cider sauce.
