To cook, heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat and add your stir fry meat, cook until your meat is browned, 5- 10 minutes, add vegetables of your choice with a little oil & cook for a further 5 minutes, add your favourite stir fry sauce, ensuring it is mixed with your meat & vegetables then serve with rice or a salad.
