Brady's Traditional Scottish haggis makes a great meal for Burns Night; rich and spicy to celebrate the anniversary of Robert Burns' birth.

Blended by our Craft Butchers for a delicious tasting Haggis. Enjoy with a traditional Scottish Breakfast or served with mashed potatoes (tatties) & turnip (neeps).

To fry the Haggis  heat a non stick frying pan on a medium heat & add the black pudding , turning half way trough cooking until darkened in colour. (4-5 minutes cooking time)

To grill place the Haggis on a grill pan, heat under a medium heat grill until darkened in colour turning half way through cook. (4-5 minutes cooking time)
