We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
You can pay by any American Express, Mastercard or Visa credit card, Maestro or Delta debit card using paypal gateway. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order. You will not be charged until your order is ready for dispatch.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Paypal Gateway technology.

Ordering & Viewing Orders
1. Pick your perfect meat
We've grouped all our products into easy to browse categories such as beef, lamb, pork and Specials on the top of every page.
2. Filling your basket
To add an item to your basket simply click on the "ADD TO BASKET" button .
Finished shopping? Click on "Checkout" and you will be taken to your order summary. Here you will have the opportunity to amend your order and enter a promotional offer code, if you have one.
4. Register or Login
You will now need to either register (if you are a new customer) or, if you are a returning customer, you will need to log in.
New customers will need to enter their personal details such as name, email address and password. These will be your login details for any future orders you place.
5. Billing Address / Delivery Address
Using the postcode look-up is the easiest way to enter your billing address (this needs to be the payment card holders address). You can also enter a different delivery address, if required.
6. Delivery Method
Select your delivery instructions from the drop down list to assist our couriers with your delivery should you not be in. Then select the day you would like your order delivered, also selecting if you would like standard delivery, or choose.
8. Payment details
You will now need to enter your payment details to complete your order. You will then have a final chance to review and amend your order before payment is taken.

Updating Account Information
You can update your details any time. Just simply click Log In and on the right side you will find all information you need.
Returns & Replacements
Faulty or poor quality items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving order to the customer services department.
While we hope you'll be happy with the items you have ordered from our website, you may need to return them sometimes. If you do, you can hand any faulty or poor quality goods back to the driver at the time of delivery. The delivery box can be opened and inspected without breaking any seal on any individual products preventing any contamination. If this is pierced or broken by you the perishable item is non-returnable beyond this point.

Receiving your refund
If you've handed the item(s) back to the delivery driver, we'll arrange for a refund.
We'll refund your money in the same way you paid for your product.
• By credit or debit card - Your money will go back onto the same card. Allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
If your item was purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that promotional price.
